Tutorial: Invisible sc2tog

invisible sc2tog tutorial

I wanted to share a quick tutorial with you today. A sc2tog, single crochet 2 stitches together, can make an obvious bump in your fabric and since, let’s be honest, I’m a crazy perfectionist, I almost always use the invisible sc2tog. It’s much less bulky and especially useful for making amigurumi and babby booties. I’ll show you both, you can try both, and decide which you prefer.

How To Improve Your Crochetlearnmore

Now let’s try out the invisible method. The main difference here is that you only work the stitches in the front loops instead of both loops for the traditional method. By cutting down the extra loops, abracadabra, it’s invisible!invisible sc2tog

Let me know if you have tried this stitch in the comments, or if you have any questions, please ask!

Happy Crocheting!
