How to Read a Crochet Chart
January 10th, 2016
I have 3 boys and 1 girl and I just cannot keep enough “things that go” in my house! They love cars, trucks, trains and planes and are always driving or pretending to fly around the house and yard. I found some cute amigurumi, some hats, and a few appliqués that I think all the kids are going to love.
Let’s start off with the Bus Flag by Snappy Tots. My kids live too close to school to ride a bus but there sure do eye those school busses that they see on the road!
Crochet Race Car “Playnket” by Repeat Crafter Me. My littlest would absolutely love this!
The Digger Loader by Dedri Uys looks like an awesome toy!
My son is wearing his Firefighter Helmet by Micah Makes right this very second and is off saving the world!
What a cool appliqué, Funny Car by Vendula Maderska
Happy Car by Veronica Maskova really does make me happy!
I’ve made several Race Car Appliqués by Everlaughter. It is a great pattern with really clear instructions. I add this to baby boy hats when I give them as gifts.
Also a fun baby gift, the Racing Car Lovey Security Blanket by One and Two Company will delight any little one.
For the farming kids, try the Tractor Appliqué by Everlaughter!
For the construction kids how about the Truck Appliqué by Everlaughter?
The Truck Hauler Hat by Melody’s Makings is next on my to-do list for my 3 year old. I know he will love it!Happy Crocheting!
